Cook – Key Duties

• Prepare, cook & present menu items to standard
• Ensure food safety & HACCP compliance
• Assist with menu planning & stock control
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen

Requirements:

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• 2+ years’ relevant experience

Bistro & Bar Supervisor – Key Duties

• Oversee daily bar operations & supervise staff
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Manage stock, ordering & compliance (RSA, WHS)
• Assist with rosters & training

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ bar/hospitality supervisory experience
• Current RSA certification
